Below are some answers to the most common question about AIR MILES® and Irving.
1. How can I sign up to become an AIR MILES® Collector?
Log on to www.airmiles.ca , print your temporary card and start earning today.
2. How many people can earn on an AIR MILES® account?
Anyone in the Collector’s household can earn on the same AIR MILES® account. Collectors must be legal age in their province of residence.
3. Can you give me my AIR MILES® balances, change my mailing address, re-activate account, re-order a card, etc.?
You will need to contact AIR MILES® directly for your balances or for any changes to your account if you move, need a new card, etc. You can reach AIR MILES® by calling 1.888.AIR MILES or visit their website at www.airmiles.ca.
4. How do I redeem my AIR MILES® reward miles?
Collectors can redeem their AIR MILES® reward miles on-line www.airmiles.ca or by calling 1.888.AIR MILES.
5. I am an Irving Energy home heating customer. How do I start earning AIR MILES® reward miles with Irving Energy?
Simply fill out and submit our “Start earning now!” form above, or call us at 1.888.310.1924 to give us your AIR MILES® Collector Number. You will start earning reward miles with your next eligible heating fuel purchase.
6. How much fuel do I need to buy to earn a reward mile?
You will earn 1 AIR MILES® reward mile for each 30 litre purchase of furnace oil/propane , for each 1 gigajoule of natural gas and for every $50 spent on service or equipment.
7. When will reward miles earned from Irving Energy purchases show on a Collectors AIR MILES® account?
Generally, AIR MILES® reward miles will appear in your Account within 60 days. Bonus reward miles can take up to 120 days.
8. I have multiple delivery locations with Irving Energy. Can I earn AIR MILES® reward miles for all my locations?
All of your heating oil, propane and natural gas purchases will generate reward miles provided that you are a residential customer and we have your AIR MILES® reward miles Collector Number.
*Earn 1 AIR MILES® reward mile for every 20 litres of any grade of transportation fuel purchased in a single transaction at participating Irving retail locations. Offer not available on Irving 24 fuel purchases. Earn 1 AIR MILES® reward mile for every $20 (including applicable taxes) of qualifying convenience store products, automotive products and car and truck washes purchased in a single transaction at participating Irving retail locations. Exclusions include: tobacco products, lottery tickets, gift cards, spirits, wine & beer and auto repairs, maintenance and parts.
